There is a sovereign state which exists within the borders of Southern Oregon and Northern California, but is independent of those states. It consists of a collective of individuals whom have individually claimed their own sovereignty as a consciousness and do not recognize any proclaimed external authority over their own lives. While they may so choose at any time to behave in a manner which is consistent with such authorities for their own purposes and so long as it does not violate their own sovereign will, their choices of behavior are not bound by any such “authority.” This sovereign state is not the state of Jefferson, although each derives from the same independent energy of this area of land and of its peoples, plant life, animals, waters, skyways and all natural and fabricated structures as bathed within these energies as accepted by individual sovereign choice, and as such many members of the state of Jefferson are either dual citizens with this sovereign state, or recognize its sovereign status even as it recognizes the independent state of Jefferson. Neither is mutually exclusive nor impedes upon the existence of the other.
